Information you submit

Website forms collect the contact details and request information you choose to provide. We use those details to receive, review, and respond to your request. Submit only information necessary for the initial discussion. Do not include Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or sensitive documents in these forms; contact us about an appropriate way to provide additional records.

How website requests are delivered

Consultation and job requests are delivered by email to the VanStory team and recorded in a Google Sheets request log. Our website uses Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for traffic protection, and Resend for email delivery. These services process information needed to provide their functions.

Analytics and technical information

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and website usage. Analytics may use cookies and collect browser, device, and page-interaction information. Hosting and security services also process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Process-service portal

ServeManager requests use an external form at processservers.com. Information submitted there is handled through that service. Review its privacy information before submitting documents.

Your questions and requests

Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or retention of information you have provided. What can be changed or removed may depend on the type of record and any applicable obligations. Do not send additional sensitive identification documents with an initial privacy inquiry.

A website request does not guarantee acceptance of an assignment, a particular result, or anonymity. Discuss scope, information handling, and any confidentiality limits with us before an investigation begins.
